The Board of Directors of Diversapack, LLC announced on Monday May 2, 2011 that Andrew Young III has been appointed new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Woodrow Hall is no longer Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Diversapack. Diversapack’s headquarters in Atlanta remains unchanged.
