Andrew Young III

Chairman & CEO

Andrew Young III (Bo) is Chairman and CEO of Diversapack, LLC. Mr. Young has been associated with Diversapack for over 15 years. Mr. Young is President of Young Solutions, a company that manufactures envelopes for Fortune 500 companies and national non-profit organizations. Mr. Young is also very active in Hank Carter’s Wheelchair Charities and the Southwest Atlanta YMCA. Mr. Young has been a Board Member since 2008.

The Honorable Andrew Young is Chairman and co-founding partner of GoodWorks International, LLC. He is the former Mayor of the City of Atlanta and the United States Ambassador to the United Nations. Ambassador Young was co-chair of the Atlanta Committee for the Centennial Olympic Games and serves on several communications, transportation and economic development boards. Board Member since 1995.
Alan Kristel is the COO of Diversapack. Mr. Kristel was formerly President of Commercial Envelope Manufacturing Company, which was founded by The Kristel Family in 1924. CEM was a major supplier to the Fortune 500 Companies. CEM supplied Award-Winning High-End Color graphics to Corporate and Direct Marketing Markets. Mr. Kristel was on the Board of the Directors of the Envelope Manufacturing Association for three years. Board Member since 2008.
William Wachtel is one the founding partners of Wachtel & Masyr, LLP and its predecessor firm, Gold & Wachtel, LLP. Mr. Wachtel is also the founder of the Drum Major Institute, a progressive policy think-tank, and co-founder with Ambassador Andrew Young of Why Tuesday? , a non-profit dedicated to increasing voter turnout.
Mindy Kristel is Vice President of Diversapack, LLC. Ms. Kristel also served in that capacity at Commercial Envelope Manufacturing Company which was founded by The Kristel family in 1924. CEM was a major supplier to the Fortune 500 Companies. CEM supplied Award Winning High-End Color graphics to Corporate and Direct Marketing Markets. Ms. Kristel is active in various charities. Member since 2008.
Oliver Lee is President and Chief Executive Officer of National Concessions Management, Integral Municipal Services Corporation and StaSignal Systems. A corporate and securities lawyer with more than 25 years in practice, Mr. Lee serves on the board of Trustees of Promina Healthcare Systems, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, and as the Chairperson of the DeKalb (GA) Hospital Authority. Board Member since 1993.
